Did you know that, on roads all across the world, at least two thirds of all vehicles are a Chevy? Buying a car is not a decision most people take lightly, and the last thing you want to do is leave the dealership with regrets. In all likelihood, customers deal with car buying, or leasing, regrets for at least a couple of years. Why are more people trusting in local Subaru dealers and Subaru inventory, and saving themselves years’ worth of headaches?
Unique, Boxer Engines
Most Subarus are equipped with the brand’s well-known boxer engine. If customers had not heard about about them before, Subaru and Paul Hogan’s “Crocodile Dundee” brought life and spirit to the brand, and particularly the Subaru Outback, in a series of television advertisements from 1995 to 2000. Subaru boxer engines are light weight, and they promote better steering and handling. “Crocodile Dundee” certainly depended on the brand’s cornering and handling to navigate rough terrain, and the steering comes in handy in real life situations, too.
Eco Friendly, From the Start
One of the very first Subaru car dealers, Subaru of America (in Philadelphia), dates back to 1968. Since its American roots, a Subaru manufacturer in Lafayette, Indiana made history. The plant was one of the only auto assembly sites with a zero landfill status. Subaru inventory today is striving to continue to live up to those eco friendly standards.
Do not regret the purchase of your vehicle for years to come. Visit one of many new and used subaru dealers, and learn why people cannot get enough of the brand’s impeccable handling and “go green” initiative.
I loved those commercials! Crocodile Dundee… with his cup of tea. It all brings me back. 😉 I guess I’m happy they nipped them in the bud, though. Geico’s caveman got a bit tiring after a while. It seems like they did the smart thing. Quit while you’re ahead!
I may, or may not, have been swayed on my Subaru Outback purchase a couple of years back by fond memories of those commercials. (I had other reasons, too!) I don’t regret the purchase one bit. It’s roomy, the steering IS great, and it’s ran well for years now.
